Amanda Castillo is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education and theatre. She studied Theatre at the University of Southern California, followed by a Masters in Education at Loyola Marymount University. Castillo has worked with Teach For America for several years, serving as a Teacher-Secondary English, Campus Director, and Dean of Students and Culture at Achievement First. Currently, she holds the position of Director, Teacher Leadership Development at Teach For America.

Furthermore, Castillo's experience in theatre includes working as a Producer at the University of Southern California. She brings a creative perspective and demonstrates excellent leadership skills to her profession in education.
