Laura Eng is a seasoned professional with an impressive background spanning several industries. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Engineering and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School, she has a solid educational foundation that has enabled her to excel in various fields. Eng has an unwavering passion for applying behavioral science in technology to improve health and wellness. She believes that teaching people to understand themselves and their decision-making process can help them live healthier lives.

Over the years, Eng has held senior leadership roles in several companies, including Big Health, where she serves as the Vice President of Product, and Jawbone, where she was the Director of Product Management and Head of Behavior Change. She also worked as a Product Manager for the Retail Organization at Amazon and as Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder at Bored Inc. Apart from that, she has worked as an Associate for Private Equity at Onex Partners and an Analyst in Investment Banking at Jefferies & Company.

Eng is an accomplished speaker and has given keynote addresses at numerous events, including Ideas 42 Behavioral Summit, SXSW Interactive, and Wharton Social Impact Conference. She has also spoken at Harvard Business School and Stanford Design School, among others.
