Judy Odongo is a highly experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with a rich background in developing and implementing Measurement and Results Management (MRM) frameworks and donor reporting for over 9 years.

Her expertise includes managing MRM systems across various sectors and programs, specializing in DCED Standards for Result Measurement in private sector development and the logframe approach.

Judy excels in designing and executing private sector development programs using the Making Markets Work for the Poor (M4P) approach, fostering collaboration, and learning among program implementers.

She is known for her strong mentoring abilities, guiding MRM staff, implementation teams, and program partners on effective results management strategies and their impact on program management.

Additionally, Judy has hands-on experience in logframe milestone setting, logframe reporting, research design development, implementation, and evaluation management.

Her professional affiliations include close ties with DCED consultants, BEAM Exchange, Springfield Centre, a group of statisticians, Adamsmith International MRM practitioners, and DFID's wealth creation group.
