Talitha Baker, MBA, CFRE

Talitha Baker, MBA, CFRE is a seasoned non-profit and business professional, dedicated to social change. She obtained her MBA in Business from Cal State San Marcos and a Certification in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida. With her BA in Psychology from Trinity International University, Baker has lent her expertise to a variety of organizations in the social impact space.

Her most recent role is the Chief Operating Officer at International Sanctuary, a non-profit organization that provides healing and empowerment to survivors of human trafficking. Prior to this, she was the Director of Community Engagement at Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, and the Sr. Manager of Communications (Extra Life), Sr. Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at AT&T, Copywriter and Blogger at Rocket Media®, and the Director of Events and Campaigns at The Giving Keys.

Baker also has an extensive background in activism, having worked in various roles such as Tour Manager, Tour Coordinator, and SoCal Regional Representative at Invisible Children Inc.
