Built and deployed data pipeline to ingest and transform logfile data for batch processing and learning using Ruby, Fluentd, and Python. Increased number of log formats supported by 160%, from 10 to 26.

Developed an internal Java REST service for a new mock engine that converted redundant logic and tests into flexible JSON config files.

Developed a custom-written MATLAB script to automatically track highlighted joints of a moving mouse, decreasing amount of time necessary to gather positional data by 95%, from 6 hours to slightly above 20 minutes, while maintaining accuracy.

Utilized custom PCA and NMF algorithms to analyze EMG data as well as kinetic data collected with my tracking algorithm to predict severity levels of stroke and spinal cord injury.

Wrote custom MATLAB scripts to gather and analyze kinetic data for mice forearm and joint tracking in 3-D space.
