With over a decade of experience in organizational development, Michael has held positions ranging from sales representative at AEG to consultant at Aria Consulting International. Currently, he serves as Director of Organizational Effectiveness at VF Corporation, a role that allows him to use his expertise to improve the company's employee engagement, learning and development, and change management.

Michael has experience working in a variety of industries, including non-profit, mining, and sports and entertainment. He has also taught as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University and served as Senior Director of Alumni Affairs at the same institution.
