Jackie Thomas is a higher education and non-profit professional with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

With a Master of Arts in Education (M.A.Ed) in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Art in Political Science from Morgan State University, Jackie has a strong educational background.

Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Community Inclusion at Norfolk Collegiate, Jackie has held various roles in organizations such as William & Mary, Baltimore Corps, Dent Education, and Business Volunteers Maryland.

Passionate about providing historically underrepresented students with access to quality education, Jackie works towards correcting systemic barriers and supporting individuals to achieve success.

Jackie's experience includes roles in program management, diversity advocacy, admissions, community service, and alumni development.
