Jesus Avila is a North Seattle College alumnus and accomplished entrepreneur with a diverse work history. He is recognized for his strategic mind, strong business acumen, and ability to identify essential tasks and prioritize them to achieve critical business outcomes. As co-founder of MindBase, Jesus is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals by leveraging digital channels and curated resources.

Jesus has held several positions in customer success, sales development, key account management, and enterprise DevOps consultancy roles. All in all, he has vast experience developing, executing, and managing plans and strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth. Before co-founding MindBase, Jesus worked with Redgate Software, etailz Inc., Pushpay, zeeloo, and Cam Grinders Inc.

Jesus's expertise lies in digital marketing, business development, customer experience, and DevOps. He has leveraged these skills to develop and implement go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns and establish sustainable revenue streams.
