Amit Solanki
Amit Solanki is a highly skilled and experienced researcher in the field of semiconductor physics, nanophotonics, and nanofabrication of nanodevices. He has a strong aptitude for applied physics and an inclination for interdisciplinary work in chemistry and biology. Amit's expertise includes CVD growth of nanowires, nanofabrication, E-beam and optical lithography, RIE etching of nanostructures, and nano characterization with optical and electrical measurements on nanowires. He has an extensive background in experimental research and has demonstrated research expertise in a wide range of areas such as device physics, nanophotonics, plasmonics, photovoltaics, and studying new materials and novel devices. He studied Masters of Science in Nanotechnology at Kungliga Tekniska högskolan and did his B.Tech in Electronics & Communication at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
Amit Solanki has held several roles throughout his career. He worked as a Lecturer and Research Associate in Electrical Engineering at Harvard University, where he conducted postdoctoral research, consulted for Zena Technologies Inc., and worked as a research scientist. Amit completed his PhD at CEA Grenoble and his Masters Thesis at CEA. He also worked as a Research Intern at KTH.
