Throughout his extensive career, Peyton Rice has held several executive positions, including Chief Technology Officer at Earnest, SVP and Head of Technology at OnDeck, and most recently, GM of AWS Payments at Amazon Web Services. Peyton has also led the creation of emerging technology teams as Head of Technology for Capital One. Under his leadership, Bill Me Later became one of the largest revenue generators in PayPal annually, supporting $4B+ in TPV. With OnDeck Capital, Peyton led the expansion of platforms, products, and technology teams to the largest IPO in NYC history in 2014, driving products and partnerships resulting in 360% revenue gains, to $250B.

Peyton Rice has studied extensively, earning a master's in information systems from Johns Hopkins University, a Director's College degree from Stanford Law School, an MBA in international business from Loyola University Maryland, and a BA in political science, sociology, and statistics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Additionally, Peyton holds a product management certificate in project management from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
