In terms of professional experience, Vladimir has a strong background in IT and technology, excelling in embedded systems, electronics, telecommunications, and information technology. He is proficient in programming languages such as Java, C, and web development tools like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, he is skilled in tools like Matlab, Arduino, DesignSpark, and Microsoft Office, showcasing expertise in product development and documentation writing. He also demonstrates a keen understanding of cutting-edge and future technologies.

On the business front, Vladimir has served as a Municipal Coordinator, focusing on establishing Social Enterprises and contributing to the development of Business Centers and Complexes in Gracanica. He possesses innovative business acumen and strong decision-making abilities, always open to new business opportunities.

Moreover, Vladimir brings a wealth of soft skills and NGO experience to the table. He has been actively involved in various NGO activities, including training sessions both as a participant and a trainer, and has worked on several projects.
