With a master's degree in organizational leadership in nonprofit management with a focus on INGO development, Jefferson has successfully accomplished vast philanthropic initiatives both nationally and internationally. He has an in-depth knowledge of global and local resource development and related issues, which has been an important contributor to each of his projects' successes.

Jefferson has implemented new business development strategies, built fundraising programs from scratch, and reorganized faltering entities for a positive future, as well as led effective oral and telecommunication zoom presentations and workshops, webinars, podcasts, strategic planning, and business process improvement, and helped leadership including team leadership and team building.
