Simon Choi is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years of experience on Wall Street. He has held leadership roles in various business lines such as investment research, credit rating services, risk and capital management, regulatory reporting, CCAR, Dodd-Frank Act, stress testing, FR Y-14, Basel III, model risk management, asset management, equity and fixed income derivatives, sales and trading, private equity, and mortgage securities.

Choi studied computer science at the University of Georgia and completed his MBA (executive program) at Columbia Business School. He also has international experience and studied computer science at the South China University of Technology.

Choi has worked for GE Capital, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, and other reputable organizations. He has an entrepreneurial leadership style and is skilled in business and tech strategy and planning, budget development, program management, mergers and acquisitions, business development, investment and market research, investment analytics, business intelligence, management consulting, business analysis, product innovation, social media, cloud and mobile technology, SDLC, and more.

Currently, Choi serves as a board director at Dagong Global and formerly served as the CEO at Dagong Global Credit Rating (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. He has also held other senior positions in various organizations such as executive director, head of research technology Asia Pacific at Goldman Sachs, program director, restructuring for Lehman Brothers at Alvarez & Marsal, executive director, head of innovation labs, ModelWare at Morgan Stanley, and more.
