Sung Ham is an assistant professor of marketing at The George Washington University, with a focus on consumer behavior and decision-making. Prior to her academic career, she worked as a management consultant for high-profile companies in the retail and consumer goods industries. Sung holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Northwestern University.
With years of research and industry experience, Sung is knowledgeable in areas such as consumer behavior, marketing strategies, management consulting, retail, and consumer goods.
