Kristina Oliver is an accomplished business leader with a wealth of experience in the financial and banking industries. She holds a BS in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA in International Business, Marketing, Finance and Management in Organizations from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Kristina has held multiple leadership roles at Silicon Valley Bank, including Managing Director of Commercial Banking, Director, Vice President of Global Markets, and Relationship Manager. In addition, she has worked as an Advisor and Credit Analyst/Associate at SVB. After leaving Silicon Valley Bank, Kristina joined BOOST&Co as Head of Working Capital before taking on her current role as Managing Director at Growth Lending Limited.

Throughout her career, Kristina has developed expertise in working capital, commercial lending, global markets, and financial services. Her skills include strategic planning, business development, relationship management, financial analysis, and risk management.
