Jolene Mannina is a renowned hospitality industry professional with over 20 years of experience in event management, culinary arts, and television production. Throughout her career, she has worked as a captain at Commanders Palace in New Orleans, created culinary events, and produced a TV show called Late Night Chef Fight on A&E's FYI Channel. Jolene has also been the Head of Culinary for the inaugural Life is Beautiful Festival in downtown Las Vegas, managed events and festivals like Further Future and brought Urban Agriculture to Las Vegas as VP of Culinary Relationships and Chairman of the Advisory Board.

Her event management company, Relish LLC, quickly became the go-to resource for all things food and beverage in the burgeoning festival world. She is the co-founder and current President of SecretBurger.com, an online platform that allows chefs the freedom to be creative with no risk and consumers to reserve one-time-only dishes before the sellout.

Jolene's unique tenacity and ability to foresee needs has enabled her to create distinctive culinary experiences. She is still running BOH Brawl, an underground food battle that's been going on for seven years. Jolene Mannina studied at Louisiana State University.
