Paul Timmers is a highly accomplished and experienced academic, entrepreneur, and advisor on technology, policy, economy, and society. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Physics from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen and has also completed an MBA from Warwick Business School and a Cybersecurity Executive Education program from Harvard Kennedy School.
