Tracey Welson-Rossman is a successful entrepreneur, business leader, and advocate for women in technology. She is the Chief Marketing Officer of Chariot Solutions, an enterprise application and mobile development consulting firm in Philadelphia. With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Welson-Rossman has become an expert in market trends analysis and business development. She is responsible for branding, marketing, social media, and managing the sales team of Chariot Solutions.

Welson-Rossman's mission is to empower and mentor the next generation of women in technology. She founded TechGirlz, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring teenage girls to consider careers in technology. She grew the organization, which reached over 25,000 girls, until it was acquired by Creating IT Futures in 2019.

Welson-Rossman is also an active community contributor. She is the founder and current chair of the annual Emerging Technologies for the Enterprise Conference, where thought leaders convene to discuss cutting-edge technologies. She is also a founding board member of Philadelphia Startup Leaders, which supports startup entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia area.

Welson-Rossman's contribution and leadership in the IT industry have garnered her multiple recognitions.
