o	Coordinated the development and execution of custom study abroad programs in collaboration with faculty and study abroad offices at universities across the US. o	Managed a portfolio of approximately 60 unique annual programs across ten cities in Europe, Latin America, and Asia with a high level of attention to detail. Each program had unique project timelines and deadlines. o	Developed budgets and proposals, as well as managed the relationships with stakeholders to ensure high rate of conversion from proposals to contracts.o	Sought to create access providing custom programs to diverse groups of students through academically appropriate themes, financial support options, and appropriate program models. o	Designed and launched new organization initiatives including Honors, Community & Civic Engagement, and Colombia programming.

Custom & Faculty Led Program Coordinator

- Designed, enhanced, monitored, evaluated, and supported experiential teaching programs for native English speakers serving vulnerable communities in Colombian educative institutions.•	Oversaw growth from 4 to 759 teachers, and expanded geographic footprint from 1 to 44 cities over four years.•	Hired, trained, and managed the internal support team leading and monitoring the program. This served as a scalable model for other non-profit educational organizations.•	Designed, executed, and evaluated content and logistics of two-week TEFL and cultural training with up to 387 participants upon arrival to Colombia.•	Collected, analyzed, and synthesized data collection from program beneficiaries in the form of surveys, interviews, and baseline English exams. •	Sought and maintained partnerships with domestic and international external stakeholders to drive and manage participant recruitment and development of program.

- Liaised between Secretary of Education and school in order to develop extracurricular activities including bilingual choir, English camp, Bilingual Night, and English Day•	Structured three sessions of an intercultural video exchange with high school Spanish class in Richmond, Virginia encouraging international and intercultural cooperation•	Taught 1,100 hours of English language classes to 400 primary students alongside co-teacher in an under-resourced public school •	Led weekly English class for parents of students aimed to promote parental participation in the academic process
