Karen Hanna is an accomplished executive with a focus on executive coaching, strategy, and team dynamics.

With a background in human resources and leadership roles for multinational corporations, Karen brings a wealth of experience to her current position as President at TKB Hanna & Associates Ltd.

Karen's expertise lies in executive coaching, emerging talent development, board management, strategy formulation, team offsite facilitation, keynote speaking, action learning, and business simulations.

Her educational background includes a Comprehensive Evidence Based Coaching Certificate (EBC) from Fielding Graduate University, along with studies at Western University and McMaster University.

Throughout her career, Karen has held key leadership positions such as EVP Human Resources at Loblaw Companies Limited, SVP Human Resource Strategy at Torstar Corporation, and various roles at Levi Strauss & Co. including VP Human Resources for the Americas and Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand.

Her experience also extends to roles at James River Corporation, Nortel, and Molson Companies, where she honed her skills in areas such as compensation development, employee relations, international HR, and advertising.
