Lucy Cherkasets is a highly experienced HR professional and career coach, with over 17 years of experience helping individuals achieve their career goals. She is currently the Head of Opportunities + Volunteers at Ready To Succeed, where she oversees all career opportunities and volunteer engagement for the organization's talented first-generation and foster youth college students.

Lucy's previous experience includes serving as the West Coast Director and Executive Director of Clarity Media Group, where she created the job interview division and helped candidates better convey their stories to secure their dream jobs. Her HR experience includes Director of Human Resources at PRCo Ltd., Columbus PRCo and Human Resources Manager at LaForce + Stevens.

Lucy's educational background includes studying Political Science & IR at Macalester College and attending Riverdale Country School. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking advantage of the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
