He graduated from Gannon University with a degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and later pursued his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Innovation and Organization from Carlow University.

Jarret has demonstrated his skills as a team-oriented and self-starter professional by assuming key leadership roles in all aspects of the organizations he has worked with. He is known for his creative and adaptive problem-solving skills using effective communication and collaboration.

Currently, he serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Orion Biotechnology, where he has developed a reputation for delivering strategically-oriented solutions using easily digestible reporting techniques that enable fast decision-making.
