Linley Mcc is a highly experienced and credentialed master coach who has been coaching leaders and training coaches since 2001. With close to 10,000 hours of coaching experience, she has worked with many different industry and cross-cultural groups, including Asia, Oceania, and Europe. Her focus is on delivering tangible results with people, developing powerful relationships and enhancing workplace engagement and balance between business and personal success.

Linley's passion is to partner with organizations to develop a collective purpose, capacity, and collaborative intelligence that will make them future-fit in today's complex uncertain world. She co-creates a supportive environment that enables people to make a positive difference in their experiences at work and in their personal lives.

Some of Linley's business highlights include being New Zealand's first coach to earn the Master Certified Coach designation in 2008, Member of ICF Australasia Board, Director of Professional Standards for ICF Australasia, Head of Coaching Excellence for ICF Australasia, Assessor and mentor to ICF coaches globally. She has also trained an estimated 1000 people to become coaches or to use coaching skills, and she has acted as the NZ representative working with 5 Ford Dealerships on the Consumer Experience programme for two years.

Linley owned and operated two coaching companies, Coaching Associates and Coaching Pacific, alongside being the NZ Regional Manager of Results Coaching Systems. She co-created an ICF accredited coach training program, and her skills extend to being a frequent teacher of Auckland University Business School, a former trainer of mentors for Project K for 3 years, and a speaker at international conferences in Seoul, Mumbai, Brisbane, Auckland, and Queenstown.

Linley is also a certified facilitator of various coaching tools, such as Cultural Transformation Tool, Extended DISC, Working Styles Analysis, Benchmarks 360, Workplace Big 5, VIA - Values In Action Pro. She holds Advanced Certificate of Coaching with Results Coaching Systems and Certificate in Organizational and Executive coaching from New York University.
