Karen Goldberg is an accomplished organisational and leadership coach based in Cape Town with 20+ years of professional experience. She specializes in providing services such as organisational diagnostics, deep strategy, team building, capacity building, as well as group and team process facilitation.

Karen has finished her education from Persephone Institute, where she studied graduate diploma in counselling, coaching and psychotherapy, and from the University of Cambridge, where she earned her MSt in Sustainability Leadership. Before that, she has completed her BSc Honours in botany, terrestrial ecology and freshwater ecology, and her BSc in botany, zoology, environment and geographical science, ecology, and anthropology at the University of Cape Town.

She previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Reos Partners, a project manager, coordinator and facilitator at Environmental Monitoring Group, and a freelance sustainability consultant and researcher at various organizations. Karen is also a Senior Associate with Reos Partners, where she has content-expertise in water, sanitation, sustainable land management, climate change, and sustainability leadership.

Karen brings a unique set of skills and personal qualities to her work, including thriving in complex environments, identifying emerging patterns, believing in collective intelligence, and creating the conditions for people to bring their full selves into a process or team. She has worked with and across academic, government, business, and NGO sectors.
