Key duties and responsibilitiesManagement of Global EUC teams.Implement ITIL aligned policies and procedures where appropriate, in conjunction with senior Management. Responsible for the design of new End User Compute (EUC) standards. Including PCs, Macs and mobile devices. I manage the Desktop Support Team consisting of 4 PC analysts and 2 Mac. We cover 800+ users over 2 London sites.My management duties include project planning and management, recruitment, staff appraisals and purchasing as well as supervision and acting as the escalation point for user support calls. I work closely with 3rd line support and project teams on topics ranging from infrastructure upgrades to the delivery of new services.I provide customer service to all users and management.I'm the Health and Safety rep for IT. I'm IOSH qualified and a trained manual handling instructor.
