Divyesh Shah

Divyesh Shah is an accomplished engineering leader with over 12 years of industry experience working across various fields in the tech industry. Shah's experience covers platform, infrastructure, ads, embedded, product, and analytics teams, as well as working on Linux kernel and cluster management software. He is currently an Engineering Manager for Google Assistant Infra at Google, where he specializes in distributed systems, large-scale backends, logging infrastructure, and big data systems.

Graduating from D. J. Sanghvi College of Engineering with a BE in Computer Engineering, Shah continued his studies and earned a Diploma in Computer Technology at V.E.S. Polytechnic. He also holds an MS in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo.

Shah's career has been filled with numerous high-profile positions, including being an Engineering Manager for AdTech Data & Measurement, Vehicle Solutions, and Marketplace Health at Uber. He also spent time as a Staff Engineer at Google in the Linux Kernel and Cluster Management departments. Besides his technical expertise, Shah has worked in TV, video, ads, analytics, big data, ISP, and cable services across his career.

At Google, Shah's team's mission is to enable the Google Assistant experience on various surfaces (devices), making it easy for anyone to develop once for Assistant and have it work seamlessly across different platforms. Shah is actively seeking engineers with industry experience in these areas to join his team.
