Jay Allen is a seasoned business leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist with a diverse background across five industries. After holding various senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies and startups, Jay went on to found multiple successful ventures in Colorado, including CXO.org, The HR100, The CFO100, and The Influence Board - a platform that helps executives increase their charitable giving. Besides advising private equity and venture capital firms on emerging technologies, Jay pursues his unique interests, such as acquiring military vehicles and collecting exotic reptiles.

Having graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in international marketing, Jay continued to hone his leadership skills through programs such as the "Leadership at the Peak" program at the Center for Creative Leadership. Aside from his business ventures, Jay has been actively involved in various organizations, such as the Boy Scouts of America and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
