Ian Bailie is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience leading people operations in start-ups, scale-ups, and large global organizations such as Cisco Systems. Currently, Ian is the SVP of People Operations at Crypto.com. Prior to this role, he was the COO and Managing Director at Insight222, a prominent HR learning business, where he was responsible for creating and driving the company's operational and strategic direction. Ian is a board advisor for Insight222 and Worklytics, a people analytics vendor. He is also passionate about using HR technology and people analytics to transform the employee experience. Ian's background includes a 2:1 BA Hons degree in French and Spanish from the University of Leeds, and Associate Qualified CIPD from BPP Malpas.
