Christopher Moy is a highly-educated and experienced professional in the field of disability management and accessibility, with expertise in ADA compliance, Title IX compliance, facilities accessibility, assistive technology, conflict management, and education law. With a master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University and another master's degree in Education Law from Nova Southeastern University, Moy has studied a range of subjects to help him excel in his field. Additionally, he has studied Universal Design for Learning at CAST and has received two graduate certificates in Accessible Information Technology and Assistive Technology Applications.

Moy has held several senior positions in his career, including his current role as Director of ADA and Title IX Compliance at Montgomery College. Before this, he was Director of the Office of Disability Services at George Mason University and Director of the Center for Universal Design for Learning/Assistive Technology at Marywood University. He has also worked as an Occupational Consultant at CIGNA Group Insurance and been the Director of Vocational Services at several institutions, including the League School of Boston and May Behavioral Health.

Moy is passionate about helping disabled people and has dedicated his career to advocating for their rights and improving their access to education and employment opportunities. He is highly skilled in providing reasonable accommodations in academic and employment contexts and has expertise in Higher Education Compliance in areas such as Athletics, HEOA, IRB, Veterans, Immigration, Affordable Healthcare Act, and Clery Act. Additionally, he has experience in counseling and conflict resolution, making him an effective manager and advocate.
