Hernán Oviedo is a seasoned Product Designer with over 14 years of experience in User-centered design, Agile methodologies, and Design thinking. He is passionate about understanding users through empathy, user interviews, and conducting qualitative and quantitative research. Hernán has honed his skills in preparing design solutions using Figma, Sketch, and Balsamiq, along with creating Design Systems for Desktop and Mobile. He has a proven track record of creating good communication environments and advocating for UX to have a good understanding and collaboration between team areas. Hernán is also well-versed in coaching and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and has excellent soft skills like empathy, giving and accepting feedback, and resilience. He has studied various courses related to Design, Advertising, Psychology, and Product Management from renowned institutions like The Interaction Design Foundation and Coderhouse.

Hernán has worked for several global digital agencies, Healthcare startups, Fintech, Retail, Travel, Logistic, and E-commerce Industries. He has experienced working as a Senior Product Designer at m.Doc GmbH, MURAL, Elementum SCM, and GlobalLogic Latinoamerica. Hernán is the former Co-founder & Community leader of Shiftseven, where he focused on sharing knowledge about UX methodologies through meetups and workshops for the local community in Argentina. He has also worked as a UX/UI Consultant for the project Leyes Abiertas at Democracia En Red, Aerolab Digital, and CITTEE / Universidad Siglo 21.
