Monika Michalak is a highly experienced and driven bilingual recruiter and co-founder of 8Bit, a global recruitment service for the VR and video game industry. With a degree in Psychology and Archaeology, Monika has an impressive track record in talent acquisition and has worked with mobile, VR, and AAA console studios at all levels. Monika is also a former Talent Acquisition Lead at realworld-one and previous director of HR overseas at iDreamsky Technology. Monika is passionate about supporting start-ups and is fluent in both Polish and English. She is also a former archaeologist, monument restorer, and technical illustrator.
