He is skilled in providing legal, business, and strategic counsel to clients across corporate, business and technology transactions, angel and venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, information privacy and data security, and intellectual property protection. Aaron holds a BA Magna Cum Laude in Philosophy Politics and Law and a JD Cum Laude from Fordham University School of Law, as well as an MA Magna Cum Laude in Social, Political, Ethical and Legal Philosophy from State University of New York at Binghamton.
