Kevin Sheridan is an internationally recognized keynote speaker, New York Times best-selling author, and employee engagement guru. He has spent his career helping some of the world's largest corporations promote productive engagement through rebuilding culture. Kevin's innovative approach to employee engagement, PEER®, has earned him several honors, including being named among Inc. Kevin graduated from Ripon College with a B.A. in Economics and went on to get his MBA from Harvard Business School. He has founded and sold three different companies and was a Fixed Income Trading Associate at Goldman Sachs, a Relationship Manager, Lead Auditor, and Second Vice President at The Chase Manhattan Bank.
As an author, Kevin has written two books: Building a Magnetic Culture, which made six of the best-seller lists including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today, and The Virtual Manager, which explores how to most effectively manage remote workers.
