Jeremy Young is an accomplished academic and researcher with a diverse background spanning several institutions and industry sectors. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University. Dr. Young has held numerous positions throughout his career, serving as an Assistant Professor in the School of Economics and Management at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, a Visiting Scientist at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Social Sciences at the Universidad de los Andes, and an External Consultant at the Institute of Development Studies. He has also worked as a Consultant for Friends First and an Associate Tutor at the University of Sussex. Moreover, he has held research positions at several esteemed institutions, including the Rotman Research Institute at the University of Toronto, the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at MIT, and the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Young's research interests are focused on developing scientific methods that can promote social welfare and better economic outcomes.
