Prior to founding Lifespan Equity Partners, Jovanovic held various leadership roles at Sterling Partners and its portfolio companies, where he helped to optimize operational processes, accelerate growth, and drive digital transformation. As a Senior Vice President and Vice President of Commercial/Operational Transformation and Strategic Initiatives at Healthcare Services Portfolio Company of Sterling Partners, Jovanovic helped to lead numerous strategic initiatives that resulted in successful exits.

Jovanovic has also served as an Advisor and Mentor at various healthcare startups such as Techstars, Neolth Inc., and OpenLoop, where he helped to shape growth strategy, refine business plans, and improve commercial transformation.
