Working as a Team Leader and review Receivable part of Girnar Software Pvt Ltd (Car <a href="http://Dekho.Com">Dekho.Com</a>, <a href="http://Gaadi.Com">Gaadi.Com</a>, Bike <a href="http://Dekho.Com">Dekho.Com</a>, Price <a href="http://Dekho.Com">Dekho.Com</a>, and Truck <a href="http://Dekho.Com">Dekho.Com</a>) as well as Payable part of Gaadi Web Pvt Ltd (Gaadi.com).Key Accountability: - Prepare monthly unbilled, deferred revenue and prepaid expenses sheet. Prepare weekly and monthly Debtors ageing and Creditors ageing. Prepare and reconciliation of TDS receivable with 26AS quarterly. Prepare monthly financial statements i.e. Trial Balance, P & L Account and Balance Sheet.Prepare any other assignment as and when directed or requested by the management.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.Monitor end to end Receivable and Payable process as per agreed Turnaround time.Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Review Bank Reconciliation of various banks & Bank related various other work.Review & process NEFT & RTGS payments to vendor and employee reimbursement.Review Outward remittance. E- Filing of TDS and Service Tax challan & return.Review fixed assets register & computation of depreciation as per compliance.Review Cash & Fund flow statement. Customers & vendor reconciliation.Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Ensure processes are compliant with Internal/External audit requirements.Advises team member regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.Supervise and develop accounting team of 6 members.Develop and implement internal controls and procedures.Prepare for and coordinate Internal and External Audit, Tax Audit, Due Diligence.Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account so that meet time deadlines for accounts.Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
