Directed the development and execution of  cross channel B2B marketing growth strategy through a network of premier B2B channel partners generating over $200M in revenue, with growth of 11% in year one.  Led team of eleven marketing  and development professionals as a discrete function.  Key accomplishments include successfully developing a functional mission for business development team, endorsed organizationally and generating qualified sales pipeline of >$10M over initial 18 month period, and a predictive tool to vet viability of strategic partner programs.  Also developed  and implemented strategies with B2B and B2C partners and managed overall channel marketing budget.

Developed and executed integrated  marketing strategy for $900M Packaging and Consumer Goods business unit including the messaging, positioning, PR, campaign metrics development, implementation and analytics of these programs.  North American brand leader for product line accounting for over $300M in revenue, as well as brand management for commercialized product ranking in the top five for 3 year period.  Additional accomplishments include market development for $200M segment and the development and completion of portfolio strategy program created for Executive VP and leadership team, launched to 800 employees.
