Aoqba Massalha is a highly qualified materials engineer with extensive experience in the coatings industry. With a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a Masters in materials-chemistry engineering from CEFRIEL - Politecnico di Milano, Massalha has been recognized for many achievements throughout her career. During her time at Tambour, she worked as a paints development engineer. Prior to that, she served as an R&D lab engineer for agrochemicals formulations for plant defense at Makhteshim Chemical Works Ltd. She also worked as a material and chemical R&D engineer at Oplon. At Oplon, Massalha discovered an ideal coating on PET slides, opted for a water-based emulsion instead of a carcinogenic solvent-based mixture, and saved the company both money and danger while increasing the efficiency of the product. She also invented a biologically-based polymer formulation appropriate for use in the food industry, which helped her gain both praise and a stock assessment in her name from investors.
