Peter Dolukhanov
Peter Dolukhanov is a well-known technology leader with a background in computing science from Newcastle University. He is the CEO and founder of Decoded Consulting, a modern technology leadership practice that specializes in CTO services. With his leadership, Decoded provides a broad range of technology leadership expertise, as well as deep specialization in areas such as digital products and services, security, DevOps, AI/ML, and enterprise technology.
Before Decoded, Peter co-founded Nice Agency in 2009. The agency provided innovative user experience design, application development, and digital product strategy services, and grew to over 50 staff in five years. The agency's mobile-first projects for Channel 4, UBS, Flybe, first direct, Ticketmaster, and MBNA caught the attention of Karmarama, which subsequently acquired Nice Agency in 2014.
After the acquisition, Peter became Group Chief Technology Officer at Karmarama where he brought mobile-first products and platforms to the Karmarama family. In 2016, Accenture Interactive acquired Karmarama and Peter became Managing Director, Creative Futures at Accenture Interactive.
Peter's background also includes several prior technical roles. He worked as a Technical Architect at Adobe, specializing in Rich Internet Application design and development for finance, media, telecoms, and publishing clients. He also held senior developer and software engineer roles at Martin Dawes Systems, Advanced Business Solutions (part of Advanced Computer Software Group Plc), TH_NK, and Hewlett-Packard.
