Simon Panelius is a business development expert with extensive experience in various industries. A former consultant at Accenture, Simon has worked with leading companies in the telecom industry. He went on to join Fazer Group, where he became the IT development manager before joining the Fazer Food Services division. In his current role as the Director of Nordic Integration PMO at Compass Group, Simon is leading the integration of the two companies.

Simon has a diverse skill set, including project management, IT development, and strategy development. He studied International Marketing at Hanken Svenska handelshögskolan and has a Master of Science in Information Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan. Notably, Simon has also studied the Fazer Strategy course at IMD Business School.

Simon has a strong record of working in international contexts and promoting cooperation across organizational and country boundaries. He has deep expertise in the contract catering business and a particular interest in restaurant operations. In his free time, Simon enjoys creating and consuming great food.
