Lourdes Fisher is a seasoned capital markets professional with extensive global expertise in structuring and executing plain vanilla and structured debt, as well as preferred equity products. She has a proven track record of developing robust and trustworthy relationships with global clients, leading cross-functional teams, and attracting and nurturing talent.

Fisher's primary focus is on covering clients in real estate, gaming, lodging & leisure sectors, and the specialty finance industry. She provides advice on global capital raising alternatives, capital structure optimization, and risk management. In addition, she has a keen interest in ESG finance, having led inaugural Green Bonds for a select group of clients.

Fisher holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University and has worked her way up the ranks at Deutsche Bank, where she currently heads the Americas debt private placement group. She also has experience working as an Intern in the Worldwide Facilities Department at General Motors.
