Nicki Fortney, Senior Vice President and Chief Brand Officer at PinnacleCare, is responsible for setting brand strategy and driving sustainable growth and competitiveness for PinnacleCare's Connection services. She has spent 13 years at PinnacleCare, holding key positions instrumental in shaping the innovative products and service delivery models. Nicki led the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. She played a strategic role in building physician relations and helped to establish partnerships with top physicians and medical centers of excellence worldwide.

Nicki's efforts have extended PinnacleCare's health advisory services to a more extensive audience through the construction of an episodic service model. Before joining PinnacleCare, Nicki studied Biology at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
