Anita Pan is a highly accomplished policy advisor with a deep background in international relations, marketing, human resources management, and trade. She holds a Master's in Public Policy from Princeton University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, and has studied international business at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. With experience in a range of government roles in Canada, including Second Secretary and Trade Commissioner at the Embassy of Canada to Japan, Pan has advised on trade, digital media, science, and technology, among other areas. She has also represented Canada at international events, such as the G8 Youth Summit. At present, Pan is a Senior Policy Advisor at Dfatd | Maecd and was previously a Graduate Fellow at the Center for International Security Studies at Princeton University.
