Sarah Elk is a seasoned consultant with over 20 years of experience in organizational transformation, Agile methodology, performance improvement, leadership, and change management. She is a partner at Bain & Company, where she serves as the global leader of the Operating Model practice alongside her role as a senior leader in the Retail practice. Elk specializes in advising large companies experiencing business model or technological disruptions, including Fortune 50 companies. Her work has been featured in various publications, including Bloomberg, Forbes, and the Harvard Business Review. She co-authored the book "Doing Agile Right," published by HBR Press. Elk holds a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. She began her career at Merck & Co., Inc., working as an environmental engineer. Elk is a mother of five and enjoys wine and the limitless potential for growth.
