Baret Kilbacak is a dynamic and hands-on leader with a diverse background in engine and aviation systems development, engineering, quality, and manufacturing. With a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, Kilbacak has held various positions at GE Aviation, including Senior Customer Quality Manager, Lead Manufacturing Engineer, and Engineer/Technologist. He has a proven track record of success in driving the voice of customer into GE's business and leveraging proactive quality tools/principles such as six sigma, lean, and digital to resolve systemic challenges related to On-Time Delivery, First-Time Yield, Quality, and Customer Satisfaction.

Outside of his career, Kilbacak is an entrepreneur who co-owns and operates Poke Hut, a restaurant in OTR. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, traveling, and playing the drums. Adding to his list of accolades is his undergraduate research at The Parker H. Petit Institute for Bioengineering and Bioscience and Mechanical Engineer Internship at Sanuwave, Inc., and his former Plant Operator Internship at Veolia North America.
