Michael Gladkoff is a seasoned professional with over thirty years of experience in persuasive communication. He is the Director of SpeechPower and Word Nerds, two organizations that focus on creating impactful communication solutions for clients across different industries.

His journey in persuasive communication began when he started writing advertising copy for tourism resorts while still in high school. He further honed his skills while in university by joining Toastmasters and writing speeches and presentations. His experience in publishing, advertising, and marketing has allowed him to develop a broad expertise in creating persuasive communication.

He currently offers training and coaching services on a range of topics including Speech Power –The Leader’s Guide to Creating Powerful Speeches and Presentations, Secrets of Successful Storytelling, and Business Writing Brilliance. Michael’s expertise in persuasive communication has led to successful engagements with companies in Australia, Europe, and North America.

Michael studied MBA in Marketing and Finance at Alaska Pacific University and earned his BA in Economics with Minors in Humanities and Russian from UC San Diego.
