Monitor customer complaint (Internal & External) track product wise, prepare relevant reports (QA meeting, KPI ...etc.) •	Monitor online Quality Inspections and Final Release, update Production Management on areas for improvement. •	Work closely with functional managers to investigate and resolve quality issues arising through customer complaints or internal problems and recommend to the management any procedures or method need to be introduced or corrected. •	Participate in Annual Audits •	Involve actively in quality management new initiatives to ensure that quality of products to satisfy customer & customer needs. •	Prepare CRI, Validation procedure & relevant reports combined with production, R& D, Technical team. •	Support to develop new product specification for new developments & maintain it.

Associate Quality Assurance Manager

1. Involve in development and pre-productions, liaise with merchandisers and vendors to do proper handover to ensure first time sample approval.2. Ensure customer fit, quality, testing, measurement and fit requirements are met.3. Maintain quality SOP and responsible for quality and technical related issues arising in production and timely solutions to ensure on time delivery and zero quality claims. 4. Daily review of Laboratory testing report/s and identify failures and take remedial actions to resolve the issues and provide require guidance to factories and QAs 5. Review daily issues occurring at the factories and work with the QA team to find quick solutions and give required guidance. 6. Review monthly firewall report and ensure to find remedial actions for the factories in AMBER and RED categories and work with the Vendors on improvement plans. 7. Monitoring QA and QC performance monthly and report to GM-Quality and compliance. 8. Go through technical risk assessments and educate QA team on actions to be taken in production to avoid any issues for bulk production. 9. Ensure that required test reports for Yarn / Fabric and trims are available in the QC files and work with the factories to ensure bulk production meets required standards agreed with Customers. Eg. AZO etc. 10. Ensure proper implementation of PPS comments and any special comments from the buyer in the size set stage. Do random audits to ensure that the PPS and Size Set comments are implemented in bulk production through first bulk review and understand gaps to ensure remedial actions are taken. 11. Work with the GM to provide required training to QA team to update / enhance their skills on technical, quality and operational capabilities. 12. Maintain and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the management via GM.Hold monthly QA meetings along with GM to review QA team performance and take necessary actions for improvements and agree time and action plans.

1. Responsible to monitor and maintain all quality functions of assigned modules in order to ensure all the processes and product are in the accepted standards complying with customer requirement by fulfilling the company mission and objectives.2. Responsible for the quality concerned with samples such as gold seals and Tops, through directing QCs, providing information and guide lines, checking measurement concerning the samples picked, while adhering to customer procedures./ Ensure the following up of additional testing requirements of product, testing sample submission and obtaining of results prior to deliveries.7. Design and conduct training and skill development programmes to AQL auditors, In line QCs, End line checkers and module packers in order to enhance skill, knowledge and capability of work / Educate and guide machine operators to perform in preventive measures before needle point

I have worked as a Production Executive at MAS Intimates - Unichela Pvt Ltd - Panadura. It manufactured intimate apparel wear for the world top most lingerie brands including Victoria's secret, Soma, Gap, Omega line, Pink, Bra's & Things and our own brand Amante. My job role include :1.Plan daily , weekly and monthly delivery schedules as per customer requirement (to achieve 100% DIFOT – delivery on time in full)in order to ensure the customers’ stipulated delivery dates are met, whilst updating the senior team on the status in a timely manner.2.Closely monitor and follow up the sewing production process with steady focus on maintaining the customer stipulated Quality Standards so as to ensure the production  process is carried out as per delivery schedule and approved budget.3.Identify the abnormalities in the production process with the support of the IE/ Workstudy team and there by apply corrective action to eliminate the Root Causes so as to complete the style in a timely manner.4.Ensure pre-preparation of details pertaining to style changeovers and analyze the styles that are to be planned and the feasibility of the same, so as to ascertain the achievement of the first 3 days efficiency ladder that is vital to achieve the planned overall efficiency and timely output for the given style5.Adhere to 6S, Health and Safety, Production & Social compliance procedures in order to eliminate waste, minimize cost and establish lean manufacturing concepts.6.Liaise with HR department Representatives to perform the following duties in order to ensure satisfaction of reporting employees through people management activities.
