Erika Watson is an accomplished event planner and hospitality professional whose career has spanned decades, taking her from studying music performance at Arizona State University to owning her own event production company in Las Vegas. Erika's passion for event planning began at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years. She is known for her creative and colorful event designs and her ability to execute flawless events, even during challenging times. Erika has held various positions throughout her career, including Event Manager at MGM Resorts Event Productions, Event Production Manager at Pacific Event Productions, and Catering Event Coordinator at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Erika is proud to have created a career that she loves and values the connections she has made with her clients, many of whom have become friends. Her dogs, her #DreamTeam of colleagues, and a life story that complements a refreshing white wine or a crisp vodka tonic are the highlights of her life. At almost 41 years old, Erika wouldn't change a thing and is grateful for everything she has achieved.
