Andrew Rabbitt is a CEO and co-founder of incuto, a SaaS banking technology platform that converts Credit Unions and CDFIs into community-focused challenger banks. Andrew studied Cert Acc Accountancy at The Open University and completed his studies at Leeds Grammar School. He previously worked for Cockpit Consulting as CTO and co-founder, Perception BI as CEO and founder, Orange as Senior Technology Business Analyst and Settlement Analyst, and Leeds Irish Health and Homes as Finance & IT Director. He also worked as a Non-Exec Director (Finance & Technology) at Sterling Financial Solutions. Andrew's expertise lies in helping Credit Unions, and CDFIs find transformation in technology, improve their operational effectiveness and reduce costs. His primary interests include growing membership, increasing loan books, boosting savings, and returning more to members.
