Victor Gane

Victor Gane is an accomplished entrepreneur and product leader with over 15 years of experience building and scaling multiple consumer and enterprise software products. With deep customer empathy and a talent for identifying undiscovered market needs, he excels at distilling complex problems into seamless software solutions that fit into users' real-life needs. As an expert in cross-functional team leadership, product vision and strategy, and strategic planning, Victor leverages systems thinking to develop organizational processes that enable data-driven decision making.

Victor studied at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and earned his PhD from Stanford University. He has an impressive track record of founding and leading successful ventures, including Remedly, Inc. and TekCAD. His core competencies also include SaaS, P&L management, business development, process automation, investor relations, and healthcare.

His experience also includes consulting roles at Mass Transit Railways (MTR), The Boston Consulting Group and ARCHI.CON.DES INVENTIONS(UK) LIMITED. Victor has also worked as a design team lead at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) and as Vice President of Product Development at TekCAD.
